Palliative Care
Your Comfort is Our Priority
We understand that palliative care is a critical component for individuals facing serious illnesses. We are dedicated to providing necessary physical, emotional, practical, and spiritual support for people in our care and their families.
At the Palliative Care Program, we believe in establishing a strong support system for both the person experiencing their end-of-life journey and their loved ones. We understand that this transition can be challenging, which is why our team is available to offer guidance, answer questions, and provide emotional support throughout the entire process.
Some of our services include:
Creating personalized care plans directed from the individual who is experiencing a terminal illness.
Companionship visits at home, the hospital, or in long term care.
Emotional support to help you cope with fears, concerns, and losses.
Relief for caregivers, allowing them to take breaks and maintain their own well-being.
